Wholehearted Counseling & Wellness, LLC is the home of the private psychotherapy practice of Tara Cariano, M.S. NCC
Tara supports her clients in connecting with and expanding the relationship between their mind, body, and spirit to bring healing and relief from life's suffering.
She uses an integrative and holistic approach to address the whole person which will be supported by time in nature (if desired) as well as her background as a practicing yoga and meditation teacher, health educator, and lifelong ayurvedic learner. Tara also carries a unique understanding of the complexities of systems, especially those within divorced and blended families.
